Our unique, portable Swann Box storage service allows the customer to significantly streamline their self storage experience. Whether you are in need of temporary storage due to a delayed house move, if you are a commercial customer with excess office furniture or perhaps you simply need to downsize and create more space, Swann Storage can help by delivering one of our Swann Boxes to your premises. Once loaded the Swann Box is security number sealed before it is returned for secure storage in our warehouse facility. We will guarantee the reliable handling and collection of your goods or effects from your door, into your Swann Box and onto our secure storage facility, using our fleet of vehicles. Collections are FREE* subject to location and a minimum storage term.

We also supply a full range of packaging including bubble-wrap, tape, boxes and 2, 4 and 6cu Ft wardrobe cartons.

ACCESS & RETRIEVAL

All access and retrieval requests are logged and managed through our sophisticated software which carefully registers the precise location of all new Swann Boxes received into our facility, with restricted access being guaranteed to your specification. You may access your Swann Box at any time during Monday to Friday, subject to notification being received by 10.00am on the previous day. Weekend or out of hours access is also available by special arrangement.

COMMERCIAL REMOVALS/RELOCATION

We are able to offer commercial removals and relocations. We believe that every commercial relocation should be a seamless, professional and efficient operation. To ensure the smooth running of this programme we provide a full back up of services such as crate hire, IT relocations and move management.

OFFICE RECONFIGURATION

We are very strong in both knowledge and skills to handle your every requirement when you need to reconfigure your office. Whether it’s to increase staff levels or to simply downsize, our experienced team can help.

OFFICE FURNITURE INSTALLATIONS

Our experience in furniture installation is second to none and we are delighted to be able to offer project fulfillment programmes for both office furniture dealers and manufacturers alike. Full project management support is available if required.
